Towny & Nation Ranks

Here you can read about all of the various Towny ranks that each individual resident of a town can have. The command to give a resident a rank is: /t rank add/remove {username} {rank}.

Town Ranks

There are numerous town ranks that can be assigned to members inside your town, via /t rank <add/remove> <player> <rank>, these roles are: Mayor, Co-Mayor, Governor, Police & Architect. All of these roles also have the permissions of the Default role, which all members that do not have any special rank carry. Additionally there is a Nomad role, which you are assigned if you are not a part of a town.

• Mayor is the founder of the town and in control of everything, and are even exempt from tax.

• Co-Mayor is the second highest role, and have all permissions except the power of deleting the town, Co-Mayors are also exempt from taxes.

• Governor is the highest role in a town except from the mayoral roles, they have permission to claim land, invite new members, and have the permissions of Police & Architect.

• Police have the power to outlaw outsiders.

• Architect have access to edit all plots, regardless if they are owned by someone else.

• Default have the ability to purchase plots for sale, edit their own plot, declare the riot war type, reclaim the town in the case in which the town has fallen into a ruined state, they may also leave the town, check who is online, and use the /money command.

Nation Ranks

There are also numerous nation ranks that only apply within a nation, but may also have an effect on the town you are in, as well as every individual town within the nation. The current two nation ranks in existence are: Leader & Co Leader. Both the ranks have all nation command permissions.
